There's a shortcut to convert pdf files/folder to text file. you don't need to run PDF Plain Text Extractor. When you browse your file folders, you can select multiple pdf files, then right click on them there's a menu item "Convert to TXT"

 

 

 

If you want to convert all the pdf files in a specific folder, you can right click on the folder and then select "Convert PDF to TXT"
