There's 8 buttons on the toolbar. From left to right:

 

1. Create a new converting list.

Create a new converting list. You can add pdf files to it and save it for further use later.

 

2. Open an exist covnerting list

Load an exist converting list.

 

3. Save current converting list

Save the current converting list, you can load it later.

 

4. Convert files

Press this button to convert current converting list to text files.

 

5. Settings

Set options about how to output the pdf files see detail information at Confgiture PDF Plain Text Textractor

 

6. Remove select files

when you selected single/multiple pdf files from the converting list, you can press this button to remove them from the converting list.

 

7. Add to convert list

After you select a folder in upper-left panel or pdf files in lower-left panel, you can select this menu item to add them ot converting list(upper-right panel).

 

8. Help/Content

Show this help file.

 

Every button have a corresponding menu item.
